Golden Sands Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd has been awarded a Top 100 Singapore Trusted SMEs 2018.

In line with our expansion plan, we have successfully acquired a 2 Storey B2 trade industrial building at 46 Tech Park Crescent, Tuas with the total land area of 12,500sqft with the build-up size of 13,000sqft.
This acquisition is to facilitate all the off-site fabrication works, logistic plant, Project team’s office, workers dormitory as well as for leasing purposes.
